Position Summary:

Digital Wave X, a leading marketing agency, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business and Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying sales leads, pitching our services to new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing contacts. Your efforts will be key to generating new business opportunities and driving the agency's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Secure a minimum of 10 face-to-face appointments per week with potential clients.

- Qualify sales leads based on specific criteria.

- Engage in cold-calling, networking, e-marketing, and other proactive methods to prospect multiple organizations.

- Achieve and surpass sales quotas.

- Regularly update client interactions and progress in our database.

- Develop short- and long-term strategies for business growth.

- Lead and coordinate key improvement projects across the organization.

- Initiate new business opportunities and arrange meetings with potential clients.

- Effectively communicate new developments to prospective clients.

- Research new business opportunities and potential revenue streams.

- Stay abreast of local and international industry trends.

- Review and negotiate contracts with clients.

- Develop and present innovative pitches to potential clients.

- Strong networking skills and ability to maintain professional relationships.

- Familiarity with social media formats, targeting options, tracking tools, and reporting interfaces.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools (PPTX or Keynote).

- Excellent pitching abilities and a deep understanding of the entertainment industry.

- Experience in applying process improvement techniques for organizational changes.
